"We bought a set of air pods in April for my daughters bday. They became faulty so we naturally went back to Officeworks Glen Waverley to get a replacement. Instead we get told it needs to go to My Mac to get checked out to see if it’s a feasible repair. We said ok and a week later we are told they are non genuine and there is nothing they can do? I’m furious. And I was told I can write this review by the store manager of Glen Waverley office works. I’ve demanded my money back. Since writing this review I have been contacted saying I can get a refund. I will go there tonight. Then remove this review when done."

His dismissive attitude and lack of assistance were a clear display of disrespect towards a customer seeking genuine support. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also damaging to your company's reputation. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of courtesy and assistance when dealing with your staff. Sadly, my encounter with that brunch has shattered that expectation. "Really appalled by the customer service at the register. Tonight (5/06/23) the photo machine stopped working, i was waiting over 45mins (my sister was waiting in the car) ended up leaving and was told I'll receive a text when its done. Manager has no sense of urgency, lack of communication between employees and customers/manager. On top of this, their printer wasn't working which makes sense because I came in the other day to collect a print emailed as ready and received a blacked out a3 image, where hardly anything was visible. I gave the same file to snap printing and it came out beautifully there. At office works, there was no acknowledgment of how completely off the colours were, no offer for reprinting, money back or anything. I am never one to make a fuss or complain but I'll be going back for a refund. The accumulation of all these events has really just wasted my time/money. Attatched is above snap printing (true to colour) and below is Officeworks."

"This Glen Waverley officeworks has been shorted staffed for the past five years even before pandemic. Can take up to 30 mins to wait in line to get a simple printing done. Random staff members twiddling their thumbs on the floor while the cashier is struggling. No management in store to help allocate staff where needed during busy periods. When I am seeking help to buy a product it’s very hard to find help. Customer experience is fairly poor overall."
