"Waited 15 minutes in the modem section looking for help with two boys walking past me talking and laughing several times. A third man was standing leaning against some boxes on his phone and I went and asked for help and he looked annoyed and asked in his headset for someone to help me. He told me to go wait at the modem again then proceeded to go on his phone while I stood there. I waited another 10 minutes no help and went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. They pointed at the manager who was the man standing on his phone! His name was James. I said don’t worry about it, and went to another officeworks where I was helped in 30 seconds of entering the store. Don’t waste your time here they don’t care about helping their customers."

Staff are really helpful with the printing machines and the store is always well organised and tidy. The manager, James, is really friendly, down to earth & helpful. They are also great supporters of local community causes."
