I went to Harvey Norman directly expecting that I will get better service though needed to pay extra 30% compared to available contractor in market. However, no professionalism was maintained by their contractor including sales team all the way. Never recommend anyone to go with them. It’s the same attitude that you will get from any other contractors - no professionalism but you have to follow up 20 times to get things done!!!"
