"Placed an order of just printing and laminating some tags. I was informed by the staff member that it may be early or completed within 2 hours. I informed the staff that I will wait in my car and come back to pick up in 2 hours. Officeworks staff said will ring me if the job gets done early. Waited in the car for two and half hours and went back to collect my order. The job was just left there without a touch. Staff tried to argue with me and requested me to return in another two hours because they have other prior jobs to do. Rolling her eyes and not a single effort of trying to help me with solving my job nor a single apology. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I will never come back here."

"Understaffed, staff don't know how to operate their own printers. Large format printing is very problematic. Please teach your staff to actually know how to use all aspects of your print service. Apart from that staff are friendly. Parking is good, the rest of the store is ok. Can't recommend until they improve their print services."
