"Awful customer service. I ordered and paid online for some documents to be printed and received an email saying they were ready to be picked up. Upon pick up I noticed the prints all had weird lines in the middle. I told the staff and she just said “oh yeah that’s just because our printer is a bit broken, someone should have told you that” and went to move onto the next customer. She was so unhelpful. I only got a refund because I was being persistent. Why print my documents knowing there was an issue with the printer.. could have just let me know there would be a delay in getting my order."
"Staff at the checkout and print shop avoid eye contact with customers as they ignore the massive queue and instead walk aimlessly around the aisles. Lazy staff avoiding work."
"Their colour scanner was broken so I had to buy a self service charge card to scan a few documents. Emailed them to myself and they never arrived. Called the store next day and they said they cant access to queue from the scanner, sometimes there are network issues. Poor excuse. Waste of a journey there, now I have to go back so they can scan them again. Rubbish service."
"Limited street parking nearby but right off the tram line along Glen Huntly Road. Decent size and stock within the store and the workers are fairly knowledgeable on where certain products are around the store. I haven’t used the self-serve printing but I have used the full-service email option with no issues. They were able to find my email and print my documents quickly and easily. I will continue to shop for office supplies at this location."
