"I recently visited Persian Basement Restaurant and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I would definitely give this restaurant a 5-star review. One of the things that stood out to me was the buffet menu option. There was an incredible variety of hot and fresh dishes to choose from, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the selection. The food was also plentiful, so I never felt like I was running low on anything. In terms of quality, the food was exceptional. The Kebabs, in particular, were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I also appreciated the freshness and high-quality ingredients used in all of the dishes. Lastly, I have to mention the staff. The new staff members were doing an excellent job and really contributed to the overall positive experience. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I would highly recommend Persian Basement Restaurant to anyone looking for high-quality Persian cuisine in a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The buffet menu option, hot and fresh food, and exceptional staff make this restaurant a 5-star choice."

"As a family we always come to Persian Basement, however the last 2 times we have come, the service quality has gone down drastically. The waiters do not bring food to one table at the same time, we have to wait for so long until we can eat, drinks were not provided even though we had asked for it so many times. Once we had finished eating the tables were not cleaned, we sat with our table all messy waiting for dessert. Speaking about dessert it also was not given to everyone, some kids had ice cream while others didn't so we had some upset kids. We were also celebrating a birthday, our cake came but not plates or forks were provided, we had to go chase it up. This whole experience has been horrible, we all are disappointed. For years we have been happy but last two times it's really changed. I can say our whole family won't be coming again. Slow and horrible service!"

"Spending Persian New Years event here. Very poor management and very poor service. Waiters have no idea what they are doing. No service on the tables. Very low quality music and DJ Please learn how to run a restaurant before selling event tickets to people. Such a shame if you have foreign guests in the event. Will never come back here."

"Interesting place with unique food offerings. Went for lunch one day (so have no idea about dinner). The dining area is massive so it looks like it was designed for functions. For lunch they have a bain marie type setup with pre-prepared food waiting to be ordered. We tried a few of the chicken dishes (one was a square box looking thing of chicken and rice). They have multiple varieties of rice to choose from. Seating area is quite comfortable, and lots of room. Big window seats, but the view is of a car park. Food was nice, but the box shaped chicken rice was a bit dry. Service is friendly"
