"Today around 4PM I did my self-service doing printing etc and left my USB dongle at the copier machine. 40 minutes later when I got home I realised I left it at the machine dangling, call the Maribyrnong number and 20 minutes later nobody pick it up and so I went back and its not at the copier and went to the front cashier and the team member on her phone asking others if anyone found it (a customer might find it and hand it) but QUICK TO SAY NOBODY FOUND IT. I was determined and so I line up and young Harry or was it Henry asked if he can be any help and I explained and he looks at the screen and straight away I can see my files and HE HANDED ME THE USB DONGLE (its looks like a credit card) Its disappointing that many on duty just don't give a damn about customer service and LUCKILY I FOUND YOUNG HARRY (or Henry) THANKS to Harry and the customer who handed it, I guess its my good karma as a few months back I found a wallet at Highpoint and handed it to 2 security guys and the owner texted me that she got it back the 2nd time I found a wallet in front of/near Uniqlo not far from Apple and its containing among cards are 2 of $100 = $200 and I handed it to Information Desk and a week later when I checked if anyone has collected nobody seems to know and a few days later I checked again and still nobody can bother to check if it has been pick up by the owner (lives in Craigieburn) and the Information Desk said they have 'hundreds'of lost items.....yeah right!"

Very impressed with how calm and efficient they are, completely under control and can provide a good service under pressure, they just try their best although I could feel the department there is under staffed. Tried their best to accommodate and help when they could, thank u guys!"

"Hi all, I went to the store to print a few copies of a document on a special 200 gsm paper. The line to the print station was so long - I've waited over 25 minutes and the queue barely moved. Staff were still standing around, laughing and chatting with each other. No supervisor in sight to escalate this situation to. Had to leave the store without having the documents printed. Very unprofessional."

"Super long time wait. Staff are slow and don’t care about customers. Girls chit chatting all the time laughing it’s ok to talk if you do your job properly and a bit faster. Missed the shop I meant to go to after because one staff that print out my docs missed to print out the most important document I want to get printed out so I had to wait again for a long time! Please improvise your customer service and pay more attention on what to print out for customers!!! Time wasters seriously half an hour is not enough waiting to get the docs."
