"BEWARE! Nick from Precision Spas installed Jets in my spa for Spa World as a contractor as their spa was delivered incorrect to spec. I recently noticed my spa was losing water and took the walls off the spa to find the WHOLE base of the spa filled with 3-4 inches of water. This water has been there for 3 months. I immediately called a technician who’d recently replaced a pump thinking this was the problem. The Technician checked everything and couldn’t find the problem. He then started looking at other areas and pointed out the leak was coming from Nick’s work and that he’d put the jets in incorrectly. I have since called Nick who had me wait 2 weeks before he could come out (all the while the water is still sitting in the wooden base which he claims will not be doing damage) and then recently rang a morning he was due to come out after touching base the day earlier to say our times for his call out were different and he couldn’t make the time we’d discussed the day before -and would call me in the afternoon to arrange another time which he never did. Two days later I called him to make another time and once again he said he'd call me back and never did. He is now not taking or returning my calls. Due to Nicks inferior workmanship I’ve had the expense of: Technician investigating the leak $150 Time in figuring a way of getting the water out of the base of the spa and drying it out 5-6 Hours manual labour $340 MONEY in the chemicals that have gone into the water $200 The Water in the spa $100 TIME in the draining of the water from the spa and the base Finding a repairer to fix Nicks work $300 Total Cost $1090.00 This is all a major inconvenience and great expense that Nick has taken no accountability for. Good luck if you decide to use this guy!"
