"Called for a pool service but no one ever turned up. Had to chase them again and again so they sent someone else one week after. The guy didn’t even vacuum the pool per scope, and didn’t clean the pool tiles properly. Called the office to complain but the receptionist was very rude. Told me the guy would come back again to get the work done properly but never did. They charged $80 for chemicals on top of the service while the pool guy kept saying our pool was perfect and nothing much needed to be done. The charge and the slack of work didn’t match a bit. Would not use again and would not recommend. If you even call them, make sure you stand next to the guy so he will actually do the work."
