"We purchased the Molokai delux from spas direct in 2021 and it is the best piece of equipment we have ever bought. We have been using this regularly and there has been no issues what so ever with the spa. It functions very well and is equiped with disco lights and ability to play music. The trouble shooting is easy, the spa came with an easy to read manual and online support has been fantastic. Spas direct spas are high quality but cheaper compared to other spas of similar functions. Highly recommend spas direct to anyone."

"Spa developed bubbles in the gel coating within days of delivery. The warranty team have been hell to deal with and procrastinated for 8months. not covered under warranty and they are trying to say it’s my fault for direct sunlight damage, even tho it was under the delux hard cover supplied. if these spas are not designed for the Australian climate they should be sold advertised as indoor only. Do NOT buy……look up facebook complaints page for spa direct, wish I had of done this first."
