"Horrendous customer service. Order placed on 13 November for a Croquet set and given the product was in stock, could be delivered within 5-7 business days. I followed up the business through their online contact form 2 weeks later. I have since followed up 3 times in 3 weeks and have heard absolutely nothing. I have even advised that I would escalated to my bank, Fair Trading and writing a review which has fallen on deaf ears. Do not buy online from this business. No phone number on their website to call."
