"The most disgusting officeworks there is no help from no one they just walk around as they are in a park enjoying a day off...one girl came up to me with a coffee in her hand and asking me what im after and while im answering her she keeps drinking her coffee like she is at the coffee shop with her friends no f....s given no one wants to work in this place....never again Go to the airport west store they will show you what customer service is the best"

"Spoke to a staff member named Laveena in the officeworks Campbellfield store on Friday 2nd June 2023 at 7:15pm about a portable ASUS screen and price match with and online AU store. She explained that they don't price match that (if it is an international delivery, this part is not mentioned on the officeworks website anywhere) and it is fine. What went wrong was the attitude and temperament with which she spoke. It was horrible, rude and demeaning. I was asked to come back the next day or wait for atleast 1 hour before I was explained the policies. I spoke to her right on the middle of the store after the whole episode and explained to her that she needs to control her temper and not be rude to a customer who is asking questions. The customer has got full right to ask questions and know the policies of the store the customer is purchasing from. Laveena agreed that she was rude to me, lost her temper on me and apologised. No one has got any right to treat the customer in such an unacceptable way."

"Went there to get 3 images printed by them. Not that busy and plenty of staff. I stood there waiting for the girl so I could ask her how I best could do this and she literally was drinking her iced coffee looked me up and down and goes yea what do you want. I explained what I needed and she goes well you can try to print them but it’s low staff so they will come out tomorrow for pick up. It was dead quiet and plenty of staff everywhere she was super rude. I left and went straight to Kmart to print and I had it same day and within 10min. Will never be going back to office works again"

"Most unhelpful staff with no product knowledge, lowest standards of customer service, the way they talks; feels like they are about to attack the customers without even listening what customers have to say. They ignore the customers and talk so rudely. If i talk to manager, I don’t know whether that person was a manager or not that person talk in very arrogant way look like is going to throw me out. So worse experience."

"Very good facilities for office work with a very reasonable rate. You must have to purchase a prepaid card for printing work and you can do all there on their computers also. Office chairs and all kinds of stationery are available. Huge chain stores across Australia."
