"I have tried few times to enrol my son here but everytime instead of having any waiting list or anything similar they just tell me the class is ful and this is the date I need to contact them! as if with kids and full time working i can keep quering about a swiming class! why can't we just enrol for the next available term I don't understand!"

"More concerned about money than actually delivering a good service. Short attitude. Poor responses to emails about schedules, or ignored. Swimming classes started with multiple instructors, went down to one and just barely last 30mins. Lots of mistakes on schedules and invoices. Seems to be no technique to the classes just splashing around. No change rooms even months after restrictions lifted."

"Unfortunately I had quite a horrible experience with the Hawthorn Swimming Clinic, the older middle aged woman, was dismissive and rude when I queried on general matters and a few common sense questions. Her tone was unacceptable for someone who is “professional.” Her sheer ignorance and her behaviour should not be tolerated at this level professionalism. I only begin to fear for how she will treat both the children of the community and my own and the implications it could pose to their well-being."

"A really negative experience with the HSC. Simple and reasonable queries over payment structure led to the sudden and unexpected cancellation of my enrolment for my son, which was completely uncalled for. A mercenary attitude, zero customer service, unable to speak to anyone over the phone to discuss, and a terse tone over email. I wouldn't want these people around my child, let alone give them my business. What a time to be so cut-throat with people, especially over something as innocent as a baby's swimming lesson."

"Love this place. Unassuming location but lovely staff. Top notch filtration system means that I could take my 4 month old for swim classes :)"
