"Clothing is 2 sizes smaller than labelled and no refund offered! Size 4 won't fit kids wearing size 2 in other brands. See pics. I ordered size 4 clothing in advance for my daughter who was under 3. She was still wearing size 2-3 as she is smaller and she could NOT fit into their size 4 clothing. Reported the issue, NO response and no offer of credit or refund. I had to give the clothes to a friend for their size 2 child and they found the clothes tight! The cuts are long but very narrow meaning your child's arms get uncomfortably pulled trying to get tops on and off. I sent them a number of photos (posted - see pics) demonstrating the size difference against many other brands; Country Road, Zara baby, Uniqlo, Target, Kmart and they acknowledged the sizing was not standard but still offered nothing. The thing that annoys me the most is that they jist didn't respond when I asked for a refund. Just no response at all. Aside from this, their shipping is very slow. Every other order doesn't usually ship for 3 weeks. Totally unacceptable."
