"Visited Dr Placanica on Tuesday. I was new to his practice. His receptionist was a very delightful lady who took my details and entered them into the computer. The wait time was very short, but when I walked into the doctors room and told him what drought me there, he humiliated me. He was very rude sarcastic, condescending and very unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable!"
