I was just about to go to the shop to pick up the new computer when I found the old one. 99 bikes was very obliging when I advised them I had found my old computer and they immediately refunded my deposit. They then had the audacity to offer the item to me for an additional $600. Don't buy from these guys. Very shonky! Would give minus stars if possible. Scammers!!"

"This bike shop houses few different models allowing plenty of options to choose from. I was interested in a particular brand Norco. They didn't had one in store but ordered for me which only took couple of days to arrive. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I worked with Christopher on my deal and i am happy with his help and customer service. I would say though the shop is bit small for a bike store feels the bikes are coming on to you as they are densely stocked."

"Customer services towards customers has a long way to go. I recently went to this store with a minor request to buy a lock, this would have taken no more than a minute, the customer service person came to the counter and although they were assisting someone with an obviously very long query of buying a bike they didn’t even have the courtesy to simply ask how they could help me, if my query would have been a long one then could simply ask me to wait until they finished with their original customer but if it would take only a few minutes they could kindly ask the fist customer to wait 2 minutes. To make it worse I was standing there in crutches, and this makes me wonder if their behaviour would have been the same if I wasn’t a person of colour. Whatever it is, better customer service training and awareness is required. 1 star."
