"After the studio not responding to a number of emails of enquiry re: their pricing arrangements, I decided to take my 5 year old son to a class. I told the teacher of the class that it was his first time there and he did not know anything. She made no attempt to show him how to do any of the moves nor place him in a position where he could see what she was doing. All she did was stand up the front of a class of 16 students and expect them to copy her (think an adult aerobic style of instruction). My son ended up crying in the first 5 minutes (he is not naturally a 'crier' and is quite happy go lucky normally). I gave the administration team and 'spare' instructors this information and no adjustments were made. After 15 minutes my son was clearly miserable and upon informing the administration staff that we were leaving, they laughed and said go ahead and leave."
