"Terrible customer service. I had to ask who works in the store to get help with fitting shoes for my mum. No foot measuring device ' can't find it' is what i was told. No shoe horn (probably would not know what that was). Served another customer when i was being dealt with, walked away and i had to keep asking for assistance. Seriously, there's always someone else who would love to work there. We did finally get a pair to fit in the end. Happy with shoes but not with the sales assistant. This was Sunday 3 July '21. We won't be back."
