"Unfortunately I have to put a 1 star in order to post this review, Went here about a month ago, just to get two piercings removed, ended up being consulted by the OWNER Michelle from what I remember her name was. Straight off the bat she asked me where I got them pierced and how cheap they looked. Unfortunately I did fall for her sales technique and ended spending $190 just to upgrade to solid gold bars, first red flag was if they were really were “solid gold” why would they be infront of the store so accessible to the public. Kept on bragging about how good she is at her job. She REASSURED me as soon as those “solid gold” bars went in my ear the swelling would go down immediately and see a major difference, if anything they got worse, told me not to clean them at all, kept on talking bad on different Hairhouse warehouse locations and different companies. She should take a look in her backyard first and not be stealing money from innocent customers who aren’t really educated with piercings. Ended up going to a different location of a Hairhouse Warehouse, told them my situation, they said sorry as I had to experience this with such a terrible person. It has been told in the past with many terrible reviews of her doing the same thing stealing peoples money, over charging them and teaching the wrong things. It is upsetting that I can’t get a refund as I don’t not want to ever step in there again, but will be a learning lesson, please avoid this place as much as you can. Hope you don’t do this to other people Michelle :)"

"Nat is amazing! I went in and saw Nat after a hairdresser had botched my blonde colour, I called Nat the same day and she got me in and fixed up my colour all within a few hours. Nat was incredibly professional and very polite! Could not recommend her highly enough!"

"I went looking for some new body jewellery and was greeted and served by Ella, Ella had a lot of knowledge on the products and was just so helpful. It's the first time in a while I've had such great customer service from start to finish i had to write a review."

"Whatever you do AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I don’t know what’s happened in the past few years but they’re disrespectful and 10 times the cost they used to be. I went in to have my septum re-pierced and some jewellery changed all was going well to start with. The piercer was ok asking me what type of jewellery, colours and everything. The whole process of the piercing was average at best, the piercer couldn’t stop bragging about their experience and how they have centuries of experience and they’re going to save Hairhouse warehouses brand. Not only did they judge me for the jewellery I originally had in claiming it was “cheap garbage” but tried to upsell me for $65 jewellery, even though I had my own I had brought to be changed. After putting up a fight to have my own jewellery put in I was gobsmacked when I found out it was $185 for the septum piercing and $15 for the jewellery change, now I’ve gotten a lot of piercing and quite a few from this exact place before they changed owners but I’ve never been charged t anywhere near that. My previous septum only cost me $85 and that included titanium jewellery as well as my industrial being $110. Now you can argue inflation and all but it’s a joke, especially considering once I had gotten home the whole piercing was crooked and the bar put in was too tight to flip up. As well as the jewellery changes not being put on properly and fell of the next day. An absolute joke of an establishment."
