"I would generally give The Good Guys a five star rating but not this time. I'm happy with the aircon units so far, but not happy with their recommendation for installers. It cost me $89 for the quote, which turned out to be outrageously high and gave no information regarding the extra charges for 'additional materials'. They said they would be in touch within the next few days to discuss, but by the time the quote expired I had still not heard back from them. So they pocketed an easy $89 for virtually nothing. I ended up hiring another company and am very happy with the service and the cost."
"A nightmare experience. Not worth one star. My son purchased a Bosch series 8 washer and dryer or so he thought. Stacker unit was to be picked up from Bayswater store 36 km away???. Paid premium delivery and was assured that price included installation. Next day Store rang to say stacker was at Brighton and would be delivered with units. 2 men delivered the washer and dryer on Thurs. NO STACKER I had to pick it up but they wouldn't install. Frid 2 men came to install Refused Connected the washing machine which later flooded half my apartment. Over 1 hr on phone then rang diff store to be told someone would come Sat and install. No offer to help with flooding. 2 men turned up on Sat fixed machine Refused to install stacker and dryer. Son arrived Mon to find wrong dryer was sold NOT series 8 . Still no installation. Refunded premium delivery as nothing was removed. I paid for airtasker to install the dryer. A horrible experience . Staff misrepresenting their services Hours on phone over 4 days. Never again. An apology from management would have been appreciated. Obviously customers are not a priority even if you spend thousands of dollars."

"The Good Guy Brighton is a fantastic place to shop for electronics. They have a wide range of products available, including laptops, smartphones, and gaming systems. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always eager to help customers find what they're looking for. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain the features of each product, making it easier for me to make an informed purchase. A very very big minus is the installation. It took forever to the point of disappointment."
"Website was bloody awful, marked a product as in stock, while it was not actually there, wasting my time to cycle far to this place. The old bloke was nice, and helped me to check the stock on other stores for me. A younger dude in glasses and masks seems to be uncomfortable when I asked questions. Overall sketchy website, and located quite far away from train stations, so not convenient."
