"I bought an expensive Arcosteel pot some years ago because we wanted 18/10 stainless steel cookware, and Arcosteel was supposed to make high quality cookware. We are getting an induction cooktop to replace our 30 year old cooktop, so tested our pots and pans with a magnet, to ensure that we could use the cookware that we had. The Arcosteel pot failed the magnet test. The magnet would not stick to the base of the pot, which suggests that it is not stainless steel. It is overpriced low quality cookware, that is not good value for money."

"Extremely cheap quality brand. I accidentally bought it from the Woolworths. The quality does not look like 18/10 and it is thin as a tin. I feel like , I am cooking in a tin. The edges will burn too quickly. I have got the baccarat brand and I thought that Chinese brand would not be as good as arcosteel but I was wrong. don't buy arcosteel at all and you will thank me later. Please have a look at the images below and I bought this product in Feb or March and I have hardly used it."

"I emailed Customer Service on 30th January 2017 with a request concerning Arcosteel's 18/10 Stainless Steel Cookware. I waited - and waited - and waited for a reply, but to no avail. So I rang..... their "info@arcosteel" address on their website does not function... I was given another 'qu" address. Well, guess what!! No reply from there either. Finally, I rang again!!!! OH! THEY WERE VERY BUSY.!!! Still haven't bothered to reply. Appalling service - total lack of interest!!! I shall buy elsewhere!"
