"As soon as you walk into the you are greeted by a warm face from the manager Chloe. All the trainers are so knowledgeable really’ friendly, they make you feel safe and comfortable. All the trainers are amazing but especially Emma and Caitlin, their classes are engaging and I love how they push you to reach your goals and the results that come from that. I have never been to a gym where the trainers are so genuinely passionate about their work and want to see you reach your goals. The facilities are always super clean and even come with hair straighteners and hairdryers! So cool! At the end of every class you get a cold eucalyptus towel to cool down after a tough class. I cannot recommend Strongenough! They have been a game changer in my fitness journey"
"Such an amazing gym. The trainers, managers & owners are all lovely people who do everything and anything to ensure you are able to get a good work out in. If you forget socks- no problem, they have spares (thank you x200). If you have children, also not a problem. The childminding is phenomenal. The kids request to go to gym, which is very handy. The cold towels at the end are LUX and the best thing is the workouts are THE BEST."

You never get bored, as the variety of the classes is great!
