"Went in to the store to enquire about a product and Di and Joanna assisted me even though they didn't know the product I was looking for. So jumped on her computer to find out what it was an even directed me to another store where I could purchase it. The ladies are amazing and their customer service is off the charts."

"I have been to this store few times and it is a great place to acquire bargain cookware and kitcken gadgets. Most of my visits have been delightful. The most recent trip was totally opposite. I have to bring back a new purchase and asking for a return and refund because the cookware failed to provide its non stick performance while being used over an induction cooktop. I have shown a photo of the awful experience to this senior staff. Who right away made the statement that "you have burnt your food, it's not the issue of the cookware." I explained that the food was burnt because they got stuck to the so called non-stick surface." This saleswoman was dismissive and rude. Shame!"
