"Extremely poor, unprofessional and disappointing experience. We made the mistake of putting our trust and money into Kinsman after seeing some beautiful kitchens on The Block. Kinsman were responsive in the initial "sale" stage, and after they received their deposit the following up was left in our hands. The design team are based overseas, therefore it will take about 2 business days to get a response if you find errors in your design. After going back and forth they took 6 weeks to get us our final design, which ultimately delayed our kitchen installation and led us to renting for a further month and left a domino effect in our other trades. Kinsman don't have any customer service and only provide you with a single 1300 number to which 90% of the time you have to leave a message with the receptionist for someone to get back to you. This is never followed up and results in you having to call back the following day. Save your sanity, time and money. Do not trust this company with your kitchen or wardrobes. It was a massive regret going with Kinsman after the experience we had, and it seems a lot of other people have experienced the same issues."
