"I feel as though even one star is one too many. And wow, five out of five from a staff member "Belinda" isn't she the receptionist!? Here's a real review guys - Dr Lalli took on my friend as a patient when clearly his particular orthodontic case was too advanced for him. Instead of doing the right thing and referring him to the correct specialist whom would have been capable of doing the surgery required to fix my friend's jaw problems - he decided it was better to over promise what he could achieve for him. After many yrs of treatment and a lot of $$$$ my friend still had all the jaw problems that Dr Lalli had verbally promised to fix. Thankfully my friend has now seen an amazing orthodontist, who teamed up with another amazing Dr- an oral surgeon- and they completed the job that should have been done in the first place. My friend is so much happier and more confident with his smile and the way he looks, no thanks to Dr Lalli. My little sister has also been to Dr Lalli - AFTER he completed her orthodontic treatments she started having excruciating tooth aches. We had gone back to them for a diagnosis or some advice. Their advice to us was to just give her panadol and that it would settle over time. It DID NOT settle, the panadol was absolutely ineffective. Turns out he'd moved her teeth too quickly (as informed by other dental professionals) and her molars now all needed root canals (not guaranteed to work. 85% probability of success) or she'd have to have all of her adult second last molars out (16, 26, 36 and 46 according to the extraction quote we received). We kept trying to get an opinion from Dr Lalli but he was never available to talk to any of my family. When we finally came in for an appointment he palmed my sister off onto one of his staff members who couldn't answer our questions. Then to top it all off we had his practice manager tell off my little sister as though it was her fault. Her advice was unsolicited and unprofessional. She is unqualified to diagnose and she was arrogant! She bragged about how she travelled around with Dr Lalli to his various practices and her own credentials as a sales equipment rep. How did that help my sister?! She then said my sister probably had decay in her teeth from not brushing properly when she had her braces on. That decay isn't Dr lalli's fault or problem. We had x-rays taken and we also brought along her original x-rays that we had been taken prior to treatment and went to get three different opinions from dentists. All of them could see and showed us how the teeth had been moved out of their socket. No signs of decay anywhere. All fixed now. Again no thanks to Dr lalli. I'd seek legal action or go to the dental board if it weren't for the fact that neither my little sister or friend want to relive their terrible experiences again. Save yourselves the nightmare and go elsewhere everyone! Edit: in response to your reply - I myself have been lucky enough to have never been a patient of yours, why WOULD you have me on your records? These mentioned issues have been with my sweet little sister and to a true gentleman of a friend who doesn't wish to be identified by name. As mentioned in my review of your surgery, you were already given opportunities to redeem yourselves. Sorry you won't be receiving any more chances, you've already had more than enough chances."
