"Very rude staff. Was waiting 5 minutes for a friend to arrive before ordering, before a woman nastily told me that it was “not a public area”. I was more than happy to spend my money elsewhere with my friend. I didn’t realise the policy was to order something as soon as you set food in the place. If you want to be that stingy, make people wait at the door and escort them to a table with more appropriate customer service."
