"I have mixed emotions with my recent visit. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and the reception was unattended. After being greeted by the receptionist, the dentist (Dr Machida) already asked me to go to the room for my appointment. This was definitely a positive since the appointment started earlier than expected. While Dr Machida gave some really good advice and showed me the issues with my teeth after an x-ray, I feel like he should be more gentle with cleaning customers' teeth. It was my bloodiest and most painful dental clean ever and my teeth are still feeling sore after the appointment. After my appointment, the reception was again unattended. After a few moments, the reception lady went out to the reception to give me my receipt and health care card back and immediately left again after that. I wanted to ask a question about my receipt/cost of the cover but she was nowhere to be found. I thought the receptionist's job is to greet customers and always be available at the reception and not just go there when there is a customer in sight.."

I was blown away by how flawlessly she supervised my dental fillings and extractions. As someone who typically dreads dental appointments, this one felt like a great adventure, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit."
