"We had a good experience with Freedom Kitchens, they were prompt and helpful. The timeframe was extended but this was due to covid and the necessity of doing extra work on our kitchen which was not part of their designated work. We are very happy with the final result and both the designer and installer made helpful suggestions to improve the kitchen along the way. The only criticism we have is that the final benchtops were more expensive then quoted as Freedom did not take into account the window recesses."

"I wish I had read these reviews. We are now nearly five months in to trying to get a kitchen renovation done. After two failed design attempts as they promised what was not possible in our apartment, we are now being told it will be a mid-June start to our build. That will be seven and a half months since we started this project. The only thing they are good at is taking your progress payments along the way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they cannot be trusted."

"The worst customer experience I've ever had. So many issues. Products are good quality, however once delivery is complete they are impossible to deal with; unresponsive and when you do get through very rude and unsupportive. I've had so many issues including missing parts which 6 months later are still on back order and incorrect lighting design which has left me with a very poor looking installation for a $30k kitchen (excluding installation costs)! Be aware overhead cabinet doors hang below the cabinetry so they don't require handles but look terrible."

"Freedom Kitchen is the worse to deal with once you have signed the contract, they make you to sign the list that are to be delivered. Customer are expected to be professional cabinet makers, which we are not. Once signed, things are delivered. I have started to install 5 months after the delivery, panels are incorrectly delivered and some are damaged. Freedom refuse to replace or swap because it has been signed off. How would be know if they were damaged or the wrong size, until we start installations? Freedom refuse to provide a solution and treat customer like robot. Highly transactional business and feel like I am not talking to a human every time I call for help. Thumb down for post service all around."

"To put a very long story short, my entire experience with Freedom Kitchens in Victoria has been filled with false promises, errors and wrong doings, lack of ownership nor taking responsibility to see things through, no proactiveness, and lastly the failures in meeting expectations promised. I have drained myself trying to either get matters resolved or to try and progress matters but I have not for once seen this reciprocated to acceptable levels. I eventually cancelled my contract with Freedom Kitchens."
