Welcome to Peninsula Swim School Mornington at Core24! Located in Mount Martha on Nepean Highway, our establishment is a point of interest for those looking to learn how to swim in Australia.

At Peninsula Swim School, we have three locations in Frankston, Somerville, and Mornington Health Clubs. Our educational facilities are run by qualified AustSwim instructors who specialize in teaching both children and adults how to swim. Whether you're a beginner just starting out or an advanced swimmer looking to improve your technique, we offer a variety of swimming lessons and programs for all ages and skill levels.

Our Swim School programs include Infants (Parent Child), Pre-school, School age, and Adults. We provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn how to swim and develop important water safety skills. Learning how to swim not only improves physical fitness but also increases confidence in and around the water, reducing the risk of drowning or other water-related accidents.

Our Infant Program is designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years. It focuses on developing basic water familiarization skills and promoting water safety through fun games, songs, and skill-based group activities. Babies are encouraged to kick, paddle, blow bubbles, and submerge, all of which contribute to their safety and confidence in the water. An adult is required in the water at this level to assist children in the learning process, and infants are required to wear waterproof nappies.

For children aged 3 to 5 years, our Pre-School Program aims to develop water familiarization skills and build the foundations for stroke development in a fun and structured environment. Skills taught in this program include safe entries/exits, star floats, kicking on front and back, blowing bubbles, and placing the face in the water. We introduce flotation aids such as noodles and kickboards to develop confidence and establish a streamlined body position.

Our School-Age Program caters to all skill abilities and confidence levels, from beginners to the Introductory Squad. Classes are structured to meet each child's individual needs and capabilities, with a focus on developing excellent technique.
