"Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive: A Nightmare Experience at JUMP SWIM SCHOOL CAROLINe SPRING My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience with JUMP SWIM SCHOOL CAROLINe SPRING, and I feel compelled to share our harrowing ordeal. This establishment demonstrated poor management, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for their clients once they had us enrolled. Our experience was marred by rude staff members, overcrowded swimming pools, constant class cancellations, and an infuriating lack of responsiveness when it came to refunds. I strongly advise against engaging with this center as their unprofessional behavior left us feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the very beginning, it was evident that the management at JUMP SWIM SCHOOL CAROLINe SPRING was severely lacking. Their communication was abysmal, and it seemed as though they had no interest in addressing the concerns of their clients. Important information was not adequately conveyed, resulting in confusion and frustration among us as parents. It was incredibly disheartening to witness such a lack of care and organization within the establishment. One incident that stands out in my mind is the appalling behavior of a specific staff member towards one of my sons. Despite their responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment, this staff member was rude, dismissive, and exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. It is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to cater to children's needs to employ individuals who lack the necessary skills to interact with them appropriately. Furthermore, the overcrowded swimming pool was a significant issue. It was clear that the center had oversold their memberships, leading to an unpleasant and potentially unsafe swimming experience. The lack of attention to this matter showcased a blatant disregard for the well-being and comfort of their clients. Additionally, the constant class cancellations left us feeling uncertain and frustrated about the reliability of the services offered. To add insult to injury, we made the decision to withdraw our child from the center, only to discover that they continued to charge us for an additional two weeks. Our attempts to resolve this matter and obtain a refund have been met with utter negligence and unresponsiveness. Despite contacting them repeatedly over the course of two months, we have received nothing more than empty promises and claims that the issue has been passed on to the manager. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and has left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of. In light of our terrible experience, I strongly advise against engaging with JUMP SWIM SCHOOL CAROLINE SPRING Their poor management, lack of communication, rude staff, overcrowded facilities, and unresponsiveness when it comes to refunds demonstrate a complete disregard for their clients' well-being and satisfaction. Look elsewhere for a center that values professionalism and customer care, as [Place Name] falls far short of even the most basic expectations."
"Hard to recommend. They will cancel your sessions with minimal notice and frequently. In one month we had 3 cancellations - But they’ll continue to charge you and want you to utilise the make up class booking system which isn’t really practical or fair. The actual facility is just ok but very cramped when busy. Pool size is maybe 15m so okay for young children until perhaps 7-8yo then you’d want a better facility. They don’t communicate or update any progress on your child’s swimming ability so you have no idea what level they’re achieving. I would recommend seeking other places before settling on this one. Update: we moved to a well known recently built facility in Brimbank and have never regretted the decision to do so."
"The teachers and trainers are really nice and dedicate with their work toward my child. However the system seemed to be very bad as they keep charging u eventho they cancelled the classes. Instead of refund your money they will give u option to choose different classes but sometimes that make up classes get cancelled as well. Cannot keep going I have to terminating my child’s swimming class in here but they still charging us after we have cancelled the service. Very dodgy system. I cant remember how many times I have to ask them to credit and refund my money."
"Terrible swim school. Don't send your child here. My son was enrolled for 4 weeks and they cancelled 3 times within an hour and a half of his lesson due to 'staff shortage' I got him in somewhere else thank goodness and was told MANY people have left JUMPS due to the same reason."
"Really had a terrible experience with this centre. Poor management, lack of communication and absolutely no care to clients. My son’s classes were regularly cancelled apparently due to staff shortage. However, they still accepted new enrollments even with this problem! To top it off, one of his class was cancelled WITHOUT any notice. He showed up only to find out it was cancelled. No apologies from the management whatsoever if I didn’t reach out first!! I pulled him out of the centre and now four weeks later I found out that they are still getting direct debit payments from my account weeks after cancellation of his enrollment. Looks like they couldn’t get their systems right. Would not recommend this centre at all! Also not a fan of their way of teaching, one female teacher yelled at the kids as they couldn’t stay still at the platform. Not a very good experience for the young kids as well."
