"I visited the store today but not happy with the customer service when I entered in the shop both staff was on the counter they didn’t even look at me and keep talking when I came for billing the lady was so rude she didn’t even say hi no eye contact & start scanning .this wasn’t the first time …I have experienced same thing before as well ,rude staff,bad customer service.I will never visit this store again,very disappointed ."

The shop assistants were friendly and helpful. There’s lots of gorgeous items to choose from and it is evident they value their customers . I will continue to shop here . "I attended the store today to exchange a gift I received. I don’t come to fountain gate often as I don’t live in the area but came purposely for this store. The item I wanted to exchange was purchased three weeks ago and because their exchange policy is seven days I was advised that I could not get an exchange. The sad part is that I was planning on buying several things in store but I immediately left and spent my money elsewhere. Now I am left with an item I don’t need and you are left with one less customer. Lose lose situation. Even though I love their range, their policies are harsh and I won’t be coming back."
