"Most affordable braces! Dr Andrew Cao is honest with his work and is super kind. Only rated 4 stars due to hour long wait times for your booked appointments so please keep this in mind… I did have a one off booking in Baulkham Hills which seemed more promising with my booking being on time whereas the Blacktown Clinic is always behind time. Other than that I’m beyond grateful with Dr Andrews work! I can finally smile with confidence!!"
"Dr Cao is the best dentist , very caring . But he has no luck with his receptionists and hygienists . They’ve all had personality bypasses and one hygienist is anything but hygienic. The pungent smell of underarm body odour was overpowering as she hovered rather uselessly over me."

"When is an 8.30am appointment 9.15.!!! Making appointments 6 months in advance is a farce when they cannot keep to times made. No apologies from them. I use to see Andrew at his Baulkham Hills practise and that was always punctual. 3yrs ago I made an appointment for Blacktown, it was confirmed but when I got there they told me I had NO appointment. My last 3 confirmed Blacktown appointments have always tended to be between 45 & 50 minutes late. No excuses offered. Sorry to say but rest assured I will not be returning ."
"I have been a long time patient of this surgery. The dentists there are very confident. It is definitely a no frills experience. I'm paying for the competence of the dentists, not the extras that are often used to cover up the lack of skill you find at other surgeries. Never had any issue with any fillings or work. I've often observed patients being difficult with payment at the reception, including people who say they've left their wallet in their car or they'll pay next time they come. That is not acceptable and I can understand if the business wants to take measures to protect themselves and ensure payment. If you're a good patient that pays, you'll have no issues whatsoever at this surgery. I've also observed patients being difficult about appointment times. The dentist is very busy and often booked out months in advance. Just because you have been a long time patient, that does not entitle you to be "squeezed in" or exceptions made. What a sense of entitlement!"
