"We had good experience with them years ago so returned again. This time it is a bit disappointed. The nurses and reception were generally quite friendly but the dentist didn't behave professionally (don't want to name him though). He didn't even bother to raise his eyes to greet us when we entered the room. He's lost patience very quickly after my mum expressed some concerns. Hope it is just a rare case, but will hesitate to visit again."

"WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CLINIC! After all the comments and negative feedback and reviews I saw on Google, on my first appointment I asked clearly how much the cost will be, that was about 1 week from my first treatment appointment. I was told it will be $264 and I'm covered for $190.40 from Mediabank and my out of pocket expenses will be $55.6. I'm even not going to talk about the ridiculous items I found in the first receipt such as pulp testing & photo records, but I'm going to talk about the final receipt tht was for $310, after I was clear about the final cost. I ended up paying out of pocket expenses double of what I was told. There is no way I will go back to this clinic again!"
