"Very disappointed to visit candy stripes today. I am a regular customer from almost 2 years and always end up buying least for $250 . I wanted to return 3 garments which I bought the incorrect size and, the man at the entrance said no he cannot take it back stating it's a winter stock. Without even looking at only one was a winter stock. On top of that he was so rude. Very poor customer service. The security guy felt sorry but obviously he was not the decision maker. What's the point of giving a discount voucher , instead of that I would have preferred a return. I know this is not a forum to put up my feedback but regretfully I have too. I could see winter stock lying behind the cash counter too but no consideration will not bring you any good customers. Very disheartened with this behaviour"
