"Terrible customer service. I ordered straws for my daughter’s water bottle. Based on the product description, they should have fit perfectly. When they arrived, they didn’t fit. I contacted the company for support and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. I merely asked for support to buy the right straws for the bottle or the right bottle for the straws they sent me. I had no response after that time and contacted them again. Still no response a month later. I won’t be supporting this business again."
