"Would normally give 5 stars, but early mornings now are bedlam. 4 lanes taken up by a squad, very little room for members and public. Not good enough for the regulars. 4 lanes is way too many. Very unhappy customer now."
"I bought two general admission tickets paying $17 and went with my two year old son and wife to use the pool around 3.30 and the price I paid to use the pool as long as we want but around 4.00pm kids classes started and one of lady teacher told us to leave the pool immediately in a very rude and unpleasant way (she commanded actually). She was not even listen to me and shows her unprofessionalism and one of manager at the time told he will give us a pass to use next time and gave our own tax invoice (I don’t know even it can use next time). As I need my son to join the swimming classes but never do it because of this kind of personnel show their real act towards our kids too. Date-10/07/2023"
"Absolute thieves! I signed up for "No minimum Commitment" after paying additional $99, they kept charging my card after I stopped using the gym. My minimum Commitment as per contract was 1 week but they ended up charging me for additional 8 weeks after i stopped using the gym. I am charged $235 for not using the gym since 2 months and they refused to listen anything unless i pay. Staff is extremely rude and i have never seen this level of unprofessionalism from any Customer Experience Coordinator before. I would avoid signing any contract with them because the contract is only for them to extort more money even if members decide not to continue with membership. There is nothing in the contract to protect members Interest as every sentence in the contract starts with "May" which they will point out if you question the T&C. UPDATE: The below reply is mere eye wash. Their rudeness continued and their Customer Experience Coordinator refused to provide any help unless I pay for last 2 months since I stopped using Gym."
"so back in the day, I was about to drown in the deep end of the pool. I was about 8 and I'm pretty sure, Brian saved me. I very applicative of him! overall this place has great facility's and great services to buy food and get changed. this place is great to chill out with friends and by yourself."
