"The spa we ordered did not arrive after 6 months but Alex did compensate us with replacement spas to our benifit They keep saying they are going to rectify our issues but nothing. Said they would send out a new jet as one stopped working.. two months later after they said they would give me tracking number... nothing New lid and skirt, still waiting. I dont want to give bad review but they are leaving me no choice."
