"Purchased a lounge suite, coffee table and entertainment unit of this store just recently, was supposed to be delivered today but due to complete ineptitude by terrible customer service was not from which we have now been told that my partner and I need to pay another delivery fee when they couldn’t even deliver the first time. Had the phone number and probably even the address completely wrong. I am still waiting for a call back & for what we purchased to be delivered. Awful customer service apart from the salesman who did a shaky but reasonable effort initially. I don’t recommend, don’t shop here."
