She just kept yelling saying I’m not passing u bla bla!! Took it to my local and passed straight away. Never ever going there again! They should be closing down or she shouldn’t be working there at all!"
"Shocking service. The worst service I have ever had visiting a mechanic. As a young female it is already daunting enough visiting a new mechanic. The Asian lady on front desk clearly does not enjoy her job. She was extremely rude - no customer service at all. I genuinely cannot believe the way she interacts with customers. I went here for a pink slip, she rudely took my keys, started looking over my car then came back 2 seconds later, extremely hostile - told me my tint was too dark. Never in the 7 years of owing my car have I been told this / has a mechanic not given me a pink slip! I have never had any issue with this. The lady was truly so so rude and made me feel horrible. It was an awful experience. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone - and don’t even both for a pink slip, they will clearly find any little thing to reject doing it. I ended up going a few hundred metres down the road to a different mechanic who did my pink slip with no issues and he was so lovely, kind and professional! THAT is what customer service should be like!! Shame on you Sharks Petroleum!!!"
