"My son is attending lesson. Today He took the lesson with 5 children yet the lesson area did not designed for 5 children. They literally cannot create a straight line in the pool as the area too small. Additionally my son is at seahorse level and the lesson is a combination of different level. Be aware of that before attending."
"This is possibly the best swimming pool complex that I have ever visited. Now you can get a 10 entry ticket or sign up for a membership. If you only swim once or twice a week the entry ticket is the best option. Concession card holders do get a lower price. In either case you'll be given a small barcoded tag. This has a cord attached to the end of it which you would thread through your swimming outfit. Yes it is waterproof so you can swim in the pool with it. You can get a locker to store your valuables. You test a locker door to see which one is open and hence available. After placing in your bag you can lock the door with a 4 digit code which can be a different one on any visit. If you forget your code the pool supervisors can open your door. If you forget which one was your locker then you do have a bit of a problem. There are basically three main swimming areas. There is the outdoor 50m pool which is heated to about 27 degrees and a 25 m lap pool which is heated to a very pleasant 31 degrees. You can swim laps in either of these two pools. There are also some children's pools including therapy pools."
"This place is disgraceful! There has been a panty liner around one of the towel hooks for over 6 months! I have informed staff numerous times and still nothing has been done! Life guards stand around and chat whilst children continually swim in the middle of swimming lanes! Last week a whole family was in the disabled toilet whilst an old lady with a walking stick had to stay outside and wait! Every year the prices go up but no improvements!"
"Difficult to understand the madness that has overtaken this centre. Children are made to wear a plastic wrist band indicating their age, this is so the lifeguards can police how far they are away from their parents. There are signs all over the centre shouting various rules from how many children can be accompanied by each adult etc. Incredible to think that this centre is a place where people can come to learn to get over their fear of the water, all of the nonsense listed above creates a very intimidating environment."
"We have a membership here so that we could come and enjoy the swimming pool daily. With extra $5.80 you could have the SPA and Sauna which is really chilled."
