"We engaged Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans to design and upholster an Ottoman for our lounge room, and goodness me what a pleasure it was to work with Jai and the team. He welcomed us into the office and we were greeted by the Office Manager Sarah who was so lovely and accommodating! I was unsure of what material, frame and colour to go for so Jai let us out the back into the workshop to look through some existing pieces, swabs of fabric and helped us match the piece perfectly to our existing lounge setting. We have a young son so I needed a fabric that was forgiving but was also modern and versatile in style so we can bring it to our next home with us. Jai met our specifications perfectly, and he even called us to suggest we opt for a piped finish as it will help the piece pop! And boy was he right! Jai and the team are not only elite in the field of Upholstery, they are very knowledgeable regarding all things styling, design and what's popular with current trends. The fully piped dining chairs are beautifully finished and he updated the look of our two seater so we can enjoy lounging around for many more years. He is also a professional business operator from the quote process, meeting pick up and return times as well as resolving an unforeseen issue with the wrong fabric supplied (but ticketed and invoiced as our selected fabric). His commitment to ensuring that, as his customers, we got what we had asked for was done with calm and polite good humour. He kept in touch with progress updates on when the correct fabric was due and we would receive our re-reupholstered couch, ensuring we were not adversely affected by the mix up.
