"Found Brent to be aggressive due to the fact i bought a bedside table and i was accused of 'hiding things' when i didn't state a family member of mine bought the same bed set years ago. I wanted a refund for the faulty bedside table and was told 'i don't even feel like giving you a new one'. When the warehouse picked it up they agreed that the batch was faulty. Thank you to the warehouse for honouring the ACCC guidelines and replacing the bedside table."
"We recently bought a full bedroom ensuite furniture and king mattress from Beds N Dreams, the mattress was provide early because furniture wasn't in stock and the 2 single bases which were provided for mattress were uneven as one was more in height due to which mattress deshaped until the bed arrived. We showed them the pictures and it's clearly uneven but Brent from that store made up his mind already to not look at this as a problem and didn't agree even though we are having so much problem in sleeping as it's lost it's shape and getting back ache because of it. He came to check at home as if we were lying, also lied down on the mattress to check which was not good, but he already made up his mind to disagree whatever it is.Even though one of the outsiders could tell there is difference and we should go to consumer law as this is not fair.These people are not ready to listen and don't do the right thing. We purchased the expensive mattress because of our backs and sold with lots of praises that its firm and is prescibed by the ortheopedic etc etc but now when we are facing this issue these people are not ready to listen even. Terrible experience. Never go for Beds N Dreams as for selling they are different and lying and if you need their assistance they are so rude. Very disappointed."
