"Buyer beware!!! Selling you their product is where their supposed customer service ends!! Sales people helped me going out of there way to match colours with two of their side tables one being a marble, to only find out later that the same leather couch colour is very different in their shop verses in their warehouse and my house in a day or/and normal colour! Now I am stuck with two of their side tables and had to cancel the couch loosing my deposit of 30% ($1107)! Insist on taking a swatch home and looking at it in your house! They told me that they didn't care as I had chosen the colour though their sales team helped me choose. I want my deposit back Please N.S."
"What a terrible service by Nick scali! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere but not to Nick scali! How they still operating as a business it’s unreal!!!! Purchased a brand new dining table, paid in full and Nick scali assured us to deliver within a week. MISLEADING AND INCORRECT INFORMATION given and after waiting for over 7 weeks they finally delivered a wrong table and here we are still waiting for our table. We’ve never been called by Nick Scali to give updates, we have always had to call everyday and ask for status! When we asked to speak to the head office manager/supervisor, we were told we will get back a call in one hour, 10days later we are still waiting for the call!!! DO NOT give these people your hard earned money. Horrible communication and false information. By far the worst service I have ever received in retail!!!"
"If I could give zero stars I would! We are disgusted and appalled by the service this centre has provided (or lack of). We lost all our furniture and house in the December 2019 bushfires. We ordered new furniture in January 2022. The distribution centre has changed our collection date so many times that it is now causing my husband and I major distress. We are in our new home with no furniture. We sit on our bed (that we purchased from another company) as we have nothing to sit on! No dining table or chairs, nowhere to put the tv! My husband’s 97 year old mother is travelling 3 hours on Saturday to see our new home… where is she going to sit!? Absolutely disgusted and appalled. "Honestly would get better quality furniture from fantastic furniture than this place, more helpful staff too Whilst the instore team we’re great the distribution team and aftercare/customer service team are pathetic. We had promised to have our sofa held until we got the keys to our house, which was affect by construction shutdown but then got a call from Someone else in the company who clearly doesn’t like her job and decided we were her next victims and told us she wasn’t going to hold our sofa for us. We had to hire a storage unit for a month just to keep in it for a week. We had to then hire a van to move the sofa from the storage unit because it was so large. And then to top it off the lamp that was purchased alongside it which was $600 was faulty. They refused to deal with the issue until I called up and demanded a new one. This was back in October and I still haven’t gotten a replacement for my faulty lamp. Which has been sat in the garage for months yet they wouldn’t hold my sofa for an extra week? Still waiting to be contacted by a manager who should have apparently got back to me last week…"
