We are an establishment dedicated to improving the lives of children and adolescents with learning difficulties and developmental delays. As a not-for-profit organization and registered charity, our mission is to provide a range of services to support children in reaching their full potential.

At PosAbility, we have a team of dedicated professionals including special educators, teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. With their combined knowledge and expertise, we offer a variety of assessment and intervention services to address the individual needs of each child. Our goal is to maximize their natural abilities through evidence-based methods and positive reinforcement.

One of our highlights is the Intensive Intervention Program, which we offer each term. This program is designed to provide intensive support for children and is tailored to their specific needs. We regularly hold information evenings and online sessions to provide parents and professionals with more information about this program.

During school holidays, we also offer a range of services including individual intervention, therapy, and group programs. These programs are designed to provide additional support and enhance the learning experience for children.

Our team of occupational psychologists, specialist teachers, and occupational therapists conduct various assessments to identify strengths and difficulties in a student's learning profile. These assessments inform practical recommendations and, if necessary, a diagnosis.

Our psychologists are experienced in working with children, their families, and schools, providing assessments, counseling, and case management services. We understand the importance of a holistic approach to support children's well-being and overall development.

Our educators specialize in reading, writing, spelling, comprehension, and mathematics. They are experts in addressing dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, providing comprehensive assessment and intervention in these areas.

Our occupational therapists offer individualized and targeted sessions focusing on the areas identified in assessments. These sessions can take place at our Lane Cove clinic, at school, or even in the comfort of your own home.

We also offer seminars and practical workshops on various topics such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, executive functioning, and school readiness. These sessions are designed for teachers, allied health professionals, parents, and anyone interested in child development.
