"Just walked out from the store, as I felt so unwelcome. I was with my 5 year old. He took a fabric sample which I told him to put back and he simply tripped over on one of their furniture. The lady at the counter just rolled her eyes and said "I don't think that's for playing on". I don't have a problem with people telling me politely if my kids are doing something wrong (which he wasn't), but come on you're in the business of customer service. And when I went to ask a question her tone of voice was so cold and rude I just decided to walk out!"
