"Kim changed my life, I went to Kim to lose weight, what I got was a complete lifestyle makeover. When I went to Kim I had severe depression, stress and anxiety, after my second session I was happier and found myself randolmy smiling because of the emotional release Kim gave me. Kim guided me through my past trauma, she emptied my emotional buckets and moved me from survival mode to living. Kim taught me strategies to cope with stress and anxiety, I can now see when I am in survival mode and meditate myself back to living and let things go. The biggest mental hurdle was thinking I cannot lose weight and giving into being over weight. I have jumped that hurdle and I can do it and I have done it and it is all thanks to Kim and her expert hypnotherapy.
