"Went into Adair’s on Saturday afternoon and had a very unpleasant experience with one salesperson the mature lady with black hair was very rude and not friendly you would think someone in sales would have customer service won’t be visiting that store ever again they have lost a loyal customer I spoke to the manager Tamara about my experience but will still not be returning Georgia was very nice and a young sales lady you would thnk a mature lady would be more respectful with how she treats customers clearly not very disappointed left the store crying"

"I love shopping at Adairs and have often found the staff to be very helpful and kind at other stores. When I was browsing Adairs at their Preston Homemaker location I was completely ignored and did not receive help looking for an item. I attempted to call over a team member and they walked away and continued their conversation. I decided to leave the store empty handed and was appalled by the attitude of the staff there. This store needs to reconsider keeping the unhelpful and rude staff I dealt with on that day. I am not the first person to come across their bad attitude it seems after reading other reviews here. I will go somewhere else from now on."
