"An awesome company to deal with - efficient, great communication, excellent products. We went online looking for great dining chairs. Found Ark Dining Chair 56*53*77CM Black painted Ash timber frame with Natural Paper Loom Seat (XN864), called one of the stores (Carlton) as we wanted them delivered in a few weeks and done - so easy. We bought 6 and had them delivered 2 days ago. Easily the best communication of all the companies we bought from (we moved into a new house). Would definitely recommend for customer service, quality of product. We love the chairs - replica of Hans Wegner wishbone chairs - so comfortable. (And I should mention, all done from the lounge room in Sydney with delivery to Yarraville in Melbs.)"

"Stay away! Don’t ever purchase anything from Lounge Lovers full stop (online or in store.) I purchased a coffee table that was picked up from the warehouse. The item was faulty and missing parts so I sent emails to the customer service team and ended up lodging a return. I had to fight for the return to be considered a faulty return instead of a change of mind (as if I’m responsible for the faulty item given to me?) Quality control is clearly zero, not to mention the inconvenience of having to go out of your way to return the item back to the warehouse despite it missing pieces. I was informed the refund would take UP TO 48 hours to be processed. I didn’t hear anything for a whole week regarding my refund being processed. I have called a week later only to be told my refund has still not been processed and needed to be. escalated by customer service rep. Why am I being made to wait to receive my money back for a faulty item which I was inconvenienced in having to return originally? Would your company give out furniture to customers without them paying and be okay if they paid you 2-3 weeks later? The very fact that I have to chase up a refund I’m entitled to is horrendous. Absolutely pathetic and inept. Never order from this shocking business again."
