During the initial assessment session, which typically lasts 80-90 minutes, a thorough evaluation is conducted. From there, a personalized treatment plan is developed to address the unique needs of each client. Subsequent sessions are generally 50 minutes long, or longer if necessary.

We understand the financial aspect of seeking mental health services, which is why we strive to make it accessible. If referred under a GP Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare provides rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Additionally, private health insurance may offer rebates for individuals with 'Extras' coverage. We encourage you to verify this with your health fund. Please note that if you receive a Medicare rebate, you cannot claim from your private health fund simultaneously.
