"Bought a few items at this shop a few days ago and when I came home one item was damaged. The guy in the store was really helpful but said I had to contact his manager as they weren't allowed to reimburse the $20although I had the receipt. When I call the store manager he is really rude on the phone and tells me "once the goods leave my store it's no longer my problem" and that he would certainly not reimburse me as it would mean him losing money. I've been using this petrol station for ages and would have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I will never put my foot at that place again and wrote this to warn people. There are another petrol station up the road more worthy people's business."
